35 weeks now! I am coming soon…

It has been a while since my last blog. In last two months, my main activities are growing and moving around. Doctor said that i had a growth spur. Mom is freaked out because her belly becomes so BIG now! She is not happy the fact that she is chubby, heavy and swollen. She describes herself having elephant feet, bear palm, panda face and belly. 😦

I know her pain and I can not wait to come to see her and dad as well! Five more (perhaps less) weeks to go!

Even though complaining a lot, mom is happily to just get her final maternity photos done before I come. Love those photos.

I am at week 26 now! Mommy and daddy want to do more mid-term maternity photos even though I hasn’t fully grown yet! Also, they want to play with their newly bought lighting equipment. But I like the photo. 🙂

I’m growing…

I am 23 week old now. Mommy reads “what to expect” every day and claims that I am at the size of papaya now. She complaints that she can not sleep on her back and feel heavy. Today, she just claimed that it seems I grew overnight because she felt so uncomfortable with the same pants she wore yesterday! I doubt about that and believe it is because of those Korean BBQ she ate for her big lunch yesterday. But, I am going to double my size in the rest of time before March!

My nerdy daddy and mommy setup my Facebook account yesterday. They can not help to make me a social media baby. So, I start making friends already before born! Dad listed my activities as “sleeping, kicking and drinking”… urg…what else can I do? I start kicking a lot now. I need more space to stretch for growing.

I am not even that big yet, but mom has her mid-term maternity photo taken today . It is so nice to have parents as photographers that you can take nice arty photos any time! 🙂

Miles at 23rd weeks

I am a BOY!

Mommy and daddy had been waiting for this moment for so long! Of course, they were asked millions times: do you know if it’s a boy or girl yet? Who would be more anxious than them to know what I would be. Mommy was hoping for a boy, but she felt I would be a girl. She said: I don’t feel too much baby movement yet, so it must be a quiet girl. She said she preferred a boy as the first child because it seemed to be easier, although she likes girl too. Daddy preferred a girl, but I think he just wanted to make mommy feel better in case I am a girl. Any way, at the moment they knew I’m a boy, they announced it in Facebook, twitter, text message; the message is flying around with tons of congratulations from friends… I told you, they are nerdy… (I am just wondering, would they say “congratulations” if I were a girl? )

My feet are so cute in the ultrasound! It was supposed to be the last ultrasound. I planned to be naughty a little bit and played “hide and seek” game with the nurse so she couldn’t see something on my heart. Mommy needs to go back for another ultrasound in two weeks so I can see her again before March! It is really a long time to see her in March! I believe she will be happy to see my cute little feet and arms again in two weeks. 🙂

I’m 13 weeks old now and getting my second pictures taken.. well, I believe I’m going to have tons of photos in my life because daddy and mommy are photographers… zao gao la…But it seems I’m pretty good with taking photos. Mommy insisted that I was smiling. Did I? But she also said I looked like an alien. Urg… 😦 I think I will be a handsome boy. 🙂

Week 13

My first Ultrasound

I’m week 8 old now and I have my first picture taken by ultrasound, Can you see a baby there? I can’t, either mommy and daddy… but the nurse was sure there was a baby. 🙂
